1. Service Booking Refunds

• If you cancel a service booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances.
• If we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund.

2. Product Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted for unused and unopened parts within 7 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds for eligible product returns will be processed after inspection and approval.

3. Payment Issues

• If your payment via Razorpay fails or is deducted without confirmation of your order or booking, please contact us immediately.
• We will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve the issue and ensure that any incorrect deductions are refunded promptly.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, card, UPI) within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your refund has been initiated.
